Towards resolving grievances that could emanate from the KG-CARES project, the Kogi Enterprise Development Agency KEDA has launched her GRM Committee.
The Hon. Commissioner for Commerce and Industry Olofu Yinusa Gabriel while launching the committee urged them to work in synergy to ensure that grievances are managed professionally.
The State Cares Cordinating Unit Head, SCCU, Mr. Haruna Sanni said the committee was launched because of the need to resolve conflicts that may be gender related, inclusion issues, social issues, environmental issues amongst others. He noted that no conflict should arise in an effort to resolve problems that was ushered in by the Covid 19.
The MD/CEO KEDA, Hajia Rekiya Onaivo Sanni,in her vote of thanks urged the committee to cooperate to wit one another to fufil the aim of the committee.
Committee Members were drawn from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development,. Ministry of Youths and Sports, NYCN, Kogi State Office for Disabilities Affairs, and SMEDAN.
